We accept all major credit cards via our payment partner TAP, and are done so through their secure servers. We also accept cash on delivery.
WHERE DO YOU CURRENTLY SHIP?
We currently ship within Qatar only.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders placed online before 3:00 PM will be picked up by Qatar Post and processed then shipped the following business day.
Orders placed during the weekend will be delivered the following business days.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN PROCESSED ?
On acceptance of your payment, you will be redirected to a payment confirmation page. You will then receive a confirmation email that summarizes the details of your order. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder. If so, please contact us with the date and amount of the order.
I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL  ?
Check that your order has been processed by logging into your WITH IT Paris account. You will find the status of your order in your order history. By clicking on the tracking number of your order you will be redirected to the website of the service provider you have chosen to track your package. If after 10 business days you have not received anything, contact our customer service with your tracking number.
WHAT IS MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM ?
Check the condition of your package. If it is damaged, send a photo to customer service for the opening of an investigation with the provider. If your package is not damaged and you are missing a part please contact our customer service.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON’T RECEIVE YOUR MAILS AND NEWSLETTERS ?
