 In order to be eligible for an online refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.  The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
 If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-returnable items: 
-Gift cards
-Underwear
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Online Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: contact@withit.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges (if applicable)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@withit.com 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All orders placed online before 12:00 PM will be picked up by Qatar Post and processed then shipped the following business day (Sunday to Saturday, except Friday).

Pick-up services are available on business days (Sunday to Saturday, except Friday) between 9 am and 12 pm ONLY.

You could expect delays if we are experiencing high volume of orders. We will inform you by email, and/or WhatsApp, if we are facing any issue.

Worldwide Delivery: shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout, before payment.
